Error #2038
An error occurs when you try to access to a file after data has been outputted and inputted incorrectly.
Case 1. Do you have the latest version of Flash on your browser?
Please install the latest Flash from the following link. If you have the latest Flash, please do overwrite install.

Tips to install:
Please install the latest Flash on the browser on which you use firestorage.
Please reboot your browser after installing.
It is good to uninstall Flash and install it again.
Case 2. Are you using firestorage at your school/company?
Anti virus software or firewall in your PC may refuse to upload.
Please ask the network administrator or the software company to check your settings.
Case 3. Are you using a Wi-Fi network?
Please try not to use Wi-Fi network.
Case 4. Is the error displayed after having tried the above?
Please change your browser.
Error #413 is displayed when I uploaded a file.
It is the error displayed when the file is not sent to firestorage normally.
Please try to upload the file again.
Error #403
An error is displayed when your access is forbidden.
Case 1. Is the javascript on your browser ON?
Please turn ON javascript from the settings of your browser.
Case 2. Do you have the latest version of Flash on your browser?

An error is displayed when the server access fails.
