  How can I send the Download URL without using my personally email?

After uploading your file, please access to the URL and click the menu "Send the URL" on the download page.



   I want to download the file, but the File Name does not appear.

firestorage recommends using the latest web browser such as IE 7 or above.


   Is there any list of files that people uploaded?

No, we do not have such a list.
No one can download unless receiving the download URL.




   I cannot play the downloaded movie/music file.

firestorage provides service from upload to download.
The problem about playing files after download is outside our support.




  It takes a long time to download a file.
